and bright with carved whitewashed woodwork,
Bermudas presents aged cuts of Angus beef, fresh
Gulf seafood, and unique regional specialties. Enjoy

buffet, is offered seasonally, while an a la carte

FLYING BRIDGE
- This authentic floating Florida cracker cottage is
permanently docked over the meandering Island Grand
waterway, ushering paddleboats beneath and guests
attired in beach and casual clothing inside. The
fare includes nachos, shrimp jammers and other
appetizers, plus salads, burgers, grouper and
chicken sandwiches. This is the place for a sunset
rendezvous with an exotic tropical drink and
heartier grilled entrees on the beachfront deck.

CAPTAIN
REDBEARD’S SHARKTOOTH HAVEN - Drop by the Sharktooth Tavern for some seafarin' fare, liquid
libations, a little camaraderie with Fisherman Tim
and Captain RedBeard, and live entertainment
(seasonally). Enjoy a variety of activities at the
tavern, including Meet and Greet with RedBeard the
Pirate, P.I.P. (Pirate Island Party), Buccaneer
Beadmaking, Crab Races, Sharktooth Necklaces and
exhibitions by our favorite fisherman.
PALM COURT -
Boasting artfully prepared meals and uncompromising
service, this elegant bistro combines contemporary
eclectic with traditional favorites, including beef,
lamb, chicken, seafood and unique pasta dishes. Dine
indoors or under the stars on the courtyard patio.

freshly made sandwiches, salads, snacks and other
