Terms and Conditions

Resort Access International, Inc. (Resort Access) is licensed, bonded and registered as a Seller of Travel in the state of Florida, Registration No.: ST-26171.

General Information: All prices and information provided within this website are accurate as of the most recent update, however are subject to change without notice. Updated information shall be provided at time of booking, when applicable. Package prices and inclusions are guaranteed only upon receipt of a deposit by Resort Access.

Reservations: Reservations may be made either online or directly through the Resort Access Vacation Planning Center at 1-888-215-4922. Reservations shall not be considered confirmed until a deposit is received and an official confirmation has been issued by Resort Access.

Deposits / Payments: A deposit of $100 is required to reserve your Resort Access vacation. Final payment must be received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date or reservation shall be subject to immediate cancellation. Bookings made within 30 days of arrival are subject to immediate payment in full. Payment constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

Vacation Documents: Vouchers shall be issued within ten days of receiving payment in full. Bookings made within 15 days of arrival, will be subject to a $15 service charge for overnight delivery. It is the responsibility of the vacationer to confirm the accuracy of all documentation.

Revisions: Any changes to confirmed packages requested 30 days or more in advance, are free of charge when available. Those made within 30 days of the scheduled arrival date, when available, are subject to a $25 per package revision fee, plus applicable supplier penalties.

Cancellations: If cancellation is received 30 days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date, no fees or penalties shall be assessed. Cancellations received less than 30 days in advance of arrival, will be charged $25 per room and are subject to all penalties charged by suppliers. In the event no cancellation notice is received prior to the scheduled arrival date, all payments made to Resort Access shall be forfeited.

Refunds: Refunds are not available for any unused portions of your package, except where proper notice of cancellation is received by Resort Access prior to the commencement of travel. Resort Access reserves the right to substitute components of equal or greater value. Requests for refunds must be made in writing within thirty (30) days of the completion of your vacation. Not Included: Transportation to and from destination, additional bedding charges when applicable, deposits required by suppliers when applicable, incidental guest charges, gratuities, meals and activities are not included, except where otherwise noted. Some options may not be available in certain areas.

Car Rental: Category and length of contract are determined by the package selected. Base rental fee is included in package price. Valid driver’s license must be presented, age restrictions apply. Applicable taxes and airport fees, optional protection plans, cash deposits, fees for additional drivers, drivers under 25, and other options are the sole responsibility of the renter.

Responsibilities: Resort Access is an authorized Tour Operator in the State of Florida and is responsible for packaging the various components of the vacations described within this website. The various suppliers within this website are independent contractors and are NOT the agents, employees or partners of Resort Access. Resort Access does not accept any liability for the actions or wrongful omissions of these suppliers. Furthermore, neither Resort Access nor any subagents are to be held responsible for personal injury, loss or damage of property, or additional expense resulting from government action, strike, acts of aggression, weather, acts of God, or any other matter beyond the reasonable control of Resort Access. In addition, it is mutually agreed by and between you and Resort Access, that all disputes pertaining to these policies and procedures shall be litigated, if necessary, in and before a court located within the State of Florida.

Void Where Prohibited: All offers contained within this site whether offered by Resort Access International, Inc., it's partners, third party suppliers or otherwise; are void where prohibited by law.
